Welcome to AZ Golden Mountain Doodles

The photo above shows the proud parents—Tuddy (left), a Bernese Mountain Doodle, and Rosie (right), a Goldendoodle. Bernese Mountain Dogs are cherished for their gentle, laid-back nature, Golden Retrievers for their calm and sweet temperament, and Poodles for their intelligence and hypoallergenic, low-shedding coats. Tuddy and Rosie’s puppies will be approximately 75% Poodle, 12.5% Bernese Mountain Dog, and 12.5% Golden Retriever. Both parents are exceptionally smart, empathetic, and have a wonderful balance of calmness and playfulness. These puppies are expected to make ideal family companions, especially for households with young children, and we look forward to seeing them grow alongside their human families.

We are not everyday breeders. Our journey began simply with falling in love with Rosie—we knew we would never find another dog quite like her. To carry on her incredible qualities, we made the decision to breed her just once. We plan to keep one of the puppies ourselves and bless a few wonderful families with the others, after which Rosie will be spayed. We searched high and low for the perfect dad and were thrilled to discover Tuddy, a Bernese Mountain Doodle. We’ve always admired this mix, and Tuddy truly amazed us from the start. At only 8 months old, he noticed Rosie slip into the pool and instinctively rushed to pull her out—proof of his intelligence and loyalty even at such a young age. Rosie herself was fully potty trained in just two days at 8 weeks old, a testament to her brilliance. Together, these two non-shedding dogs make an extraordinary pair, and their puppies will inherit not only brains and empathy, but also the gift of being hypoallergenic companions.

Training Programs

Your adoption fee includes a $100 reimbursement upon your dog's graduation from puppy training classes at Petco or PetSmart.

In addition, as experienced dog owners, we’re always happy to share training tips, ideas, and resources to support you alongside the professional training your puppy will receive.

Puppy Health

  • All parents and grandparents in Rosie and Tuddy’s lineage have been genetically tested to ensure they are free of hereditary health concerns.
  • Each puppy will receive the following vaccinations before going home:

    • Distemper

    • Adenovirus (Hepatitis),

    • Parainfluenza,

    • Parvovirus (DHPP)

    • At 12 weeks, you will be responsible for the  Booster of DHPP

    • At 16 weeks, you will be responsible for the DHPP booster + Rabies vaccination

  • Puppies will also be microchipped for identification and safety.

  • From the very beginning, we give our puppies the best start in life through intentional care and experiences. We use Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS)—simple exercises done during the first couple of weeks that help strengthen their immune system, improve stress tolerance, and support overall development.

As they grow, we expose them to a variety of sounds, sights, and gentle handling so they feel confident and comfortable in the world around them. We also focus on socialization—introducing them to people, children, and other animals—so that by the time they’re ready to go home, they’re well-adjusted, curious, and full of love.

About us

AZ Golden Mountain Doodles is not a professional breeding company. Our story began with Rosie, the dog who completely stole our hearts. We knew we’d never find another quite like her, and that’s what inspired us to plan just one special litter. Our goal is simple: to carry on her incredible qualities, keep one of her puppies in our family, and share the others with a few wonderful homes. After this, Rosie will be spayed.
